Ajiri Kono-Ugen is an experienced Quality and Curriculum Specialist with twenty years of career history in developing and implementing educational management and in developing strategies across diverse environments. She has extensive experience in EYFS, Primary and Secondary educational spheres with focus on establishing positive learning environments, providing quality instruction and curriculum development.

She is a resourceful and visionary Educator with a degree in Mass Communication & Post Graduate Diploma in Education, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.

She loves exploring different e-learning platforms and tech tools, integrating technology at all levels, planning, implementing and evaluating the instructional environment and learning materials in order to improve teaching and learning.

One of Ajiri’s hobbies is grabbing a camera!  This art is incredibly therapeutic and allows her to explore her creativity; look at the world from new angles and improve focus.

Ajiri believes each and every child has the potential to bring something unique and special to the world.  She is committed to helping children to develop their potential by believing in them as capable individuals.
